Daz Cadwallander shows raw emotion in his new tune ‘Copycat’

Daz Cadwallander is a singer-songwriter from a small village called Bolton Upon Dearne. After living in Sheffield for 18 months where he battled a few demons he worked on his craft and became the incredible performer, songwriter and musician we know today. He’s been playing festivals and gigs with some of the biggest names in music and has been tipped for big things in 2021.

Copycat is a relatable tune which talks about finding happiness with a person when you never thought it was possible. Daz’s signature acoustic, singer-songwriter style shines through on this track. He has a rawness to his voice that can be likened to Jack Savoretti, Sam Fender and Tom Grennan whilst simultaneously maintaining his own unique persona.

Let’s hear what Daz had to say when Northern Revive caught up with him.
