Prezzo’s new Autumn / Winter menu brings fresh new flavours and ingredients to its restaurants across the country, in time for the new season.
Prezzo is embracing the trend for healthier alternatives, with the addition of colourful Mediterranean Vegetable Pea Fusilli andBeetroot & Goat’s Cheese Gnocchi.
These dishes are created as lower calorie meal options for the more health-conscious diners, coming in at 328kcal and 381kcal respectively.
Other new dishes include a warm Puy lentil, Roasted Beetroot & Butternut Squash Salad, an Oak-smoked Salmon Salad or ‘Nduja filled Pasta with goat’s cheese.
Not overlooking our to-die-for new desserts: a Chocolate Brownie Dome and a Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart!
Classic dishes such as the Calabria burger have also been given a twist and cocktails such as Espresso Martini, and Aperol Spritz takes centre stage.
Prezzo, the UK’s favourite pizza and pasta restaurant, is set to bring fresh, innovative flavours and ingredients to its establishments across the country with the launch of the Autumn/ Winter menu, taking on a fresh approach and new direction.
Prezzo’s head development chef Paul Lewis and his skilled team have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring quality, freshness and vibrancy to the new menu.
Other unique dishes on the menu include mains such as a warm Puy lentil, Roasted Beetroot & Butternut Squash Salad with a selection of chicken or goat’s cheese, an Oak-smoked Salmon Salad or ‘Nduja filled Pasta including goat’s cheese.
Not forgetting delectable new desserts: a Chocolate Brownie Dome and a Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart.
Existing favourites have also been developed to entice customer taste buds. The Calabria Burger now includes crispy prosciutto and the Marinated aubergine Penne is now made with Paccheri pasta for a more authentic flavour.
